Whether you are gluten-free, grain-free, or just eliminating processed foods, cutting out regular bread can sometimes be difficult.
I personally, have never had serious bread cravings. My cravings are more often tied to sugar. However, sometimes, I would like a slice of bread with my meal. So, you can imagine when I found this recipe for Paleo Bread, I was dying to try it. I especially love that it only involves a handful of ingredients, so you don’t have to be a culinary chef to make it.
I make this bread pretty regularly for my husband and I to enjoy. I've also brought it to family meals, and it’s been a huge success.
I found this recipe on Elana’s Pantry. I absolutely LOVE her site. You can find an abundance of delicious, grain-free, gluten-free, and dairy-free recipes. There truly is something for every diet.
She’s updated her Paleo Bread recipe lately, so the ratios are a little different than what I’ve posted below. I continue to use this version because the bread comes out perfectly every time. I love enjoying this bread with organic butter or ghee. It’s also great with nut butters, cheese, or nothing at all!
